Customers and clients are informed of your sale through special email invitations. We have an extensive email lists, and ads are written to properly promote your sale with photographs and descriptions. Announcements are posted in local and Internet sales sites.

Before any sale can be conducted, a walk through is required, a sales date must be decided, and a "Sales Agreement" must be signed. During the walk through items which are to be included in the sale will be identified.
